The inner support longitudinal beams are arranged between two adjacent inner support cross beams and are uniformly distributed; the upper end faces of the inner supporting cross beams, the inner supporting longitudinal beams and the enclosure frame are located on the same horizontal plane. The jig frame tool can meet the requirement for product manufacturing flatness, the workload needing to be treated due to deformation in the subsequent working procedure is reduced, and the assembling manufacturing quality in superstructure is improved. And through the arrangement of the inner supporting cross beams and the inner supporting longitudinal beams, the mutual supporting effect is achieved, and lateral deviation of the inner supporting beams during load bearing is avoided.     本发明公开了一种上建中组立胎架,包括围框,围框内侧设有内撑梁,具体包括内撑横梁、内撑纵梁,内撑横梁平行设有若干条,内撑纵梁设置方向与内撑横梁设置方向相互垂直,内撑纵梁相互平行设有若干条,内撑纵梁设置于相邻两个内撑横梁之间并且均匀分布;内撑横梁、内撑纵梁、围框的上端面位于同一水平面。本发明胎架工装能满足产品制作平整度要求,减少了后道工序因变形而需处理的工作量,提高了上建中组立制作质量。通过内撑横梁与内撑纵梁的设置,实现相互支撑效果,避免内撑梁在承重时侧偏。通过板材锁紧装置可以对放置在工件表面的工件板材进行锁紧固定,本锁紧装置由于相对较轻,所以对于胎架工装压力减小,更有效避免内撑梁的变形。
