The manufacturing method comprises an assembly step of assembling different layers (132, 134, 134 ') of fibers and reinforcements (136), during which step at least one first stitch (140) is formed to connect at least reinforcements (136) and certain layers (134', 138), the first stitch (140) comprising stitches offset from the first surface (S1). The invention also relates to a window frame obtained using this method and to an aircraft comprising said frame.
