The invention relates to a lifting and mounting construction method for a concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge deck arch crane, which adopts an arch crane device, adopts a mode of moving from an arch foot to an arch crown, and provides a stress point by using an existing chord tube of an arch, so that the positioning is more accurate, the position of the arch crane device after moving is accurate, and in the moving process, the construction efficiency is improved. The traction mechanism is supported by a front supporting beam and a rear supporting beam and limited and guided by a clamping mechanism, the advancing stability and direction accuracy of the traction mechanism are guaranteed, a main beam structure is limited by a clamping system, and clamping supporting wheels of the clamping system are inwards supported on the outer side of a chord pipe on the transverse corresponding side and can roll along the chord pipe of an arch, so that the transverse direction of the chord pipe is guaranteed. During transverse limiting, the arch cannot be damaged; according to the guiding mode, a track does not need to be arranged on the arch, so that the construction efficiency is higher, the moving stability is higher and safer, the beam section lifting installation construction process is safer and more stable, positioning is accurate, and the construction efficiency and the construction quality are improved.

    本发明涉及一种钢管混凝土拱桥桥面拱上吊机提升安装施工方法,采用拱上吊机装置,从拱脚向拱顶移动的方式,均是利用拱的现有弦管提供受力点,其定位更加精准,使得拱上吊机装置移动后的位置精准,且在移动过程中,牵引机构通过前支撑梁和后支撑梁支撑以及夹紧机构的限位和导向,保证牵引机构前进的稳定性和方向准确性,主梁结构由夹紧系统进行限位,且夹紧系统的夹紧支撑轮向内支撑于横向对应侧的弦管外侧,并能够沿拱的弦管进行滚动,横向限位的同时,不会对拱进行破坏;导向方式无需在拱上设置轨道,使得其施工效率更高,移动的稳定性更高,更加安全,进而使得梁段提升安装施工过程更加安全稳定、定位精准,提高施工效率和施工质量。
