The invention relates to an anthropomorphic traffic simulation method and device. The method comprises the following steps: reading real-time first environment information; inputting the first environment information into a preset anthropomorphic lane changing decision model to determine a first driving behavior of the vehicle driving along the lane or lane changing; second environment information is read according to the first driving behavior, and when the second environment information meets a preset second driving behavior condition, a simulation driving model and anthropomorphic control parameters corresponding to the second driving behavior are extracted; and simulating a corresponding anthropomorphic simulation traffic flow scene by using the anthropomorphic control parameter and the simulation driving model. By adopting the method, from the perspective of drivers, on the basis of a model formula, and in combination with specific personification control parameters, modeling of different types of driver behaviors is realized, test traffic flow containing personification driving behaviors is generated, and different levels of intelligent driving simulation test requirements are met.
