    本发明公开了一种防异响的缺气保用轮胎,涉及缺气保用轮胎技术领域,本发明是通过从轮胎模具轮廓设计开始着手通过优化轮胎轮廓参数比率以及不同结构的创新,钢丝补强作为零气压支撑,优化各部件的差集参数设计,能够解决传统缺气保用轮胎在冬季或者低气压起步情况下因为下沉量问题导致轮胎与轮辋摩擦发生间断的异响的缺点,具体表现为:优化轮胎轮廓零点半径以下部分特别是轮辋保护的高度比例,以及限制高附着性能基部橡胶的结构外形而提升轮胎性能而保证轮胎行驶过程中的散热能力,通过补强钢丝层在支撑整体轮胎时,也可提升轮胎的在丧失气压的情况下的支撑能力,减小轮胎胎圈位置的变形改变胎圈位置应力分布进而有利于消除轮胎子口与轮辋摩擦产生的间断异响。
