The invention provides a power battery health state diagnosis method and equipment for a vehicle. The equipment comprises a charging port used for being connected with a charging plug of a charging station; the charging and discharging plug and the cable are used for being connected with a charging and discharging port of the vehicle; the control system is coupled with the charging port, the charging and discharging plug and the cable in a communication manner, and the control system is configured to charge and discharge the vehicle at a controllable charging and discharging rate in a charging and discharging cycle process; and evaluating the state of health of the power battery of the vehicle after the charge-discharge cycle process is completed. The invention further provides a vehicle supporting the power battery health state diagnosis function.
