The invention discloses a control method and device for preventing stepping on an accelerator by mistake and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that under the condition that it is determined that a target vehicle is in a low-speed driving state, working condition information of the target vehicle is obtained, and the working condition information comprises an accelerator opening change value and an acceleration change value of the target vehicle; under the condition of determining that the working condition information meets the first preset condition, acquiring audio information and obstacle distance information; determining an audio early warning level signal according to the audio information; determining a radar early warning level signal according to the obstacle distance information; and under the condition that it is determined that the audio early warning level signal and the radar early warning level signal meet a second preset condition, a target control strategy set is generated, the target strategy control set is used for controlling the target vehicle to execute a target action, and the target action at least comprises one of responding to the target accelerator opening degree, refusing to respond to the target accelerator opening degree and braking. The technical problem that potential safety hazards are caused in the driving process due to the fact that a driver steps on the accelerator by mistake is solved.

    本申请公开了一种防误踩油门的控制方法、装置及车辆。其中,该方法包括:在确定目标车辆处于低速行驶状态的情况下,获取目标车辆的工况信息,工况信息包括油门开度变化值和目标车辆的加速度变化值;在确定工况信息满足第一预设条件的情况下,获取音频信息和障碍物距离信息;根据音频信息确定音频预警等级信号;根据障碍物距离信息确定雷达预警等级信号;在确定音频预警等级信号、雷达预警等级信号满足第二预设条件的情况下,生成目标控制策略集,目标策略控制集用于控制目标车辆执行目标动作,目标动作至少包括如下之一:响应目标油门开度、拒绝响应目标油门开度和刹停。本申请解决了由于驾驶员误踩油门造成行驶过程中安全隐患的技术问题。
