The invention provides an active return-to-center control method and device for a vehicle steering wheel, a medium and a vehicle. The active return-to-center control method comprises the steps that steering wheel steering angle information and vehicle speed information are obtained; determining a first torque based on the steering wheel steering angle information and the vehicle speed information; obtaining a median arbitration coefficient based on the steering wheel steering angle information; determining an active aligning torque based on the steering wheel steering angle information, the median arbitration coefficient and the first torque; and feedforward control is carried out based on the active aligning torque so as to realize steering wheel aligning. According to the control method, the feedforward aligning torque is arbitrated, so that the steering wheel can be aligned more smoothly, the conditions of overshoot and insufficient aligning are not prone to occurring, and the aligning effect and the driving experience are improved.
