According to the unfolding and folding solar wing based on the shape memory materials, based on the characteristics of the shape memory materials such as the shape memory polymer and the shape memory alloy, self-deformation driving is achieved through the shape memory characteristics of the shape memory materials, and curling and stretching of the base plate are achieved through the curling driving piece made of the shape memory materials; therefore, flexible curling and folding of the flexible solar cell are achieved, the generated impact is small, a driving structure does not need to be arranged, the working stability of the flexible solar cell is guaranteed, and meanwhile the carrying capacity of the carrying tool is improved. On the basis, the structural stability of the unfolded and folded solar wing based on the shape memory material is ensured by utilizing the conversion of a flexible state and a rigid state of the shape memory polymer under external excitation.
本发明提供了一种基于形状记忆材料的展收太阳翼及其工作方法和航天器,涉及航天器零部件技术领域。本发明的基于形状记忆材料的展收太阳翼基于形状记忆聚合物和形状记忆合金等形状记忆材料的特性,利用形状记忆材料的形状记忆特性实现自变形驱动,通过以形状记忆材料制备的卷曲驱动件实现基板的卷曲和伸展,进而实现柔性太阳能电池的柔性卷曲和展收,产生的冲击较小,且无需设置驱动结构,保证柔性太阳能电池的工作稳定性,同时提升运载工具的运载能力;在此基础上,利用形状记忆聚合物在外界激励下的柔性态和刚性态的转换,保证伸展后的基于形状记忆材料的展收太阳翼的结构稳定性。
