The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle management, and discloses an AI-based emergency lane occupation behavior management system, which comprises an information acquisition platform, a data transmission module, a data storage module, a traffic management server, a driver number calling module, an alarm module and an AI robot calling module, the information acquisition platform comprises an information acquisition module, a control module and a data calling module. A road is divided into a plurality of road sections through high-speed probes on an expressway, each road section is independently provided with a data analysis module, the independent data analysis modules are connected with a total information acquisition platform, and the probes on each road section are only connected with the information acquisition platform. Therefore, the vehicle occupying the emergency lane can be quickly warned by the data analysis module on the corresponding road section, and the vehicle on any road section can be quickly known by the traffic police in the area where the road section is located when occupying the emergency lane for overtaking due to fault or traffic jam.

    本发明涉及车辆管理技术领域,且公开了一种基于AI的占用应急车道行为管理系统,包括信息采集平台、数据传输模块、数据存储模块、交管服务器、驾驶人号码调用模块、报警模块和AI机器人呼叫模块;所述信息采集平台包括信息采集模块、控制模块和数据调用模块。本发明通过高速公路上的高速探头来将道路划分呈若干路段,每一路段单独设有数据分析模块,而这些单独的数据分析模块与一个总的信息采集平台连接,并且每一路段上的探头又仅与信息采集平台连接,这样占用应急车道的车辆可以快速被对应路段上的数据分析模块所预警,而任意路段上车辆因故障或堵车时占用应急车道超车时,都可以迅速被该路段所在区域的交警所知晓。
