The invention provides a method and device for centralized control of departure flight plans, and relates to the field of civil aviation passenger transportation. If the received working area change request corresponding to the target flight is a request initiated by a user of an airport where the target flight is located and/or a centralized control user, changing original working areas corresponding to target identifiers in an FDC system and a departure flight data control system into centralized control working areas indicated by working area identifiers; and if the received flight plan change request is a request initiated by a user of an airport where the target flight is located and/or a centralized control user, changing a to-be-changed flight plan corresponding to the target flight in the FDC system, and controlling the authority granted to the FDC system based on the departure flight data. And the flight plan change data are backed up in the departure flight data control system. According to the method, all the flights to be subjected to departure flight plan centralized control under the target airline company can serve as the target flights, and centralized control of departure flight plans of all the flights by centralized control users is achieved.

    本申请提供了一种用于离港航班计划集中控制的方法和装置,涉及民航客运领域。若接收的目标航班对应的工作区变更请求为目标航班所在机场的用户和/或集中控制用户发起的请求,将FDC系统和离港航班数据控制系统中目标标识对应的原工作区均变更为工作区标识指示的集中控制工作区,若接收的航班计划变更请求为目标航班所在机场的用户和/或集中控制用户发起的请求,则对FDC系统中目标航班对应的待变更航班计划进行变更,基于离港航班数据控制系统为FDC系统授予的权限,在离港航班数据控制系统备份航班计划变更数据。本申请使得目标航空公司下待进行离港航班计划集中控制的各航班均可作为目标航班,实现了集中控制用户对各航班离港航班计划的集中控制。
