The electric heating system adopted by the bionic starfish robot is attached to the periphery of the shape memory alloy, heat can be transferred to the surrounding environment in a short time, and the shape memory alloy at the junction of the wrist and the feet is small in size, the temperature of an austenite phase is low, and the mechanical property is good. The circuit system only needs a weak electric signal to generate heat which is enough to enable the shape memory alloy to deform. Therefore, the power consumption is greatly reduced, the noise pollution is reduced, and the design complexity of a circuit system is reduced.
本发明公开了一种仿生海星机器人,涉及仿真机器人领域,仿生海星机器人包括仿生外骨骼,其由具有折痕的平板结构折叠获得;记忆合金,其设置于所述仿生外骨骼上且所述记忆合金通过自身形变来驱动所述仿生外骨骼发生形变;驱动单元,用于驱动所述记忆合金发生形变。本发明提出的仿生海星机器人采用的电加热系统附着于形状记忆合金周围,可以在短时间内将热量传递到周围环境中,由于腕足交界处的形状记忆合金体积小,奥氏体相的温度低,电路系统只需要一个较弱的电信号产生的热量就足够使形状记忆合金发生形变。因此本发明将大大减少功耗,降低噪声污染,减轻电路系统设计的复杂性。
