The invention discloses coaming box stacking equipment and a coaming box hoister, the coaming box stacking equipment comprises a rack, two symmetrical pallet fork mechanisms are arranged on the rack and can move relative to the rack in the vertical direction, each pallet fork mechanism comprises two fork bodies, the tops of the two fork bodies are provided with positioning pieces corresponding in position respectively, and the positioning pieces are arranged on the rack. The two pallet fork mechanisms are connected with a lifting driving mechanism arranged on the rack, and the conveying device is used for conveying the coaming box to the position between the two pallet fork mechanisms. According to the equipment, position matching of the upper coaming box and the lower coaming box is automatically achieved, a forklift does not need to be manually controlled to adjust the position, efficiency is higher, meanwhile, during stacking, a new coaming box is fed from the bottom and lifted integrally, the number of stacked layers of the coaming boxes is not limited by the lifting height, the stacking requirement of more layers can be met, and the stacking efficiency is improved. The lifting driving mechanism is of a multi-chain structure, the supporting performance can be effectively improved, and therefore lifting of the coaming box is stably achieved, and lifting of the coaming box can be achieved only through one power source.

    本发明揭示了围板箱码垛设备及围板箱提升机,其中围板箱码垛设备包括机架,机架上可相对其沿铅垂方向移动地设置有两个对称的货叉机构,货叉机构包括两个叉体,两个叉体的顶部分别设置有位置对应的定位件,两个货叉机构连接机架上设置的升降驱动机构,还包括运送装置,用于将围板箱输送到两个货叉机构之间。本发明设备自动实现上、下围板箱的位置匹配,不需要人工控制叉车来调整位置,效率更高,同时,码垛时是从底部送入新的围板箱在整体抬起,围板箱的叠加层数不受抬升高度的限制,能够满足更多层的码垛要求,升降驱动机构采用多链条结构,能够有效地提高支撑性,从而稳定地实现围板箱的升降,并且可以仅通过一个动力源来实现围板箱的升降。
