The heating method comprises the following steps: detecting the rotating speed of a motor; when the rotating speed of the motor is smaller than a first set value, the power battery is controlled to supply power to the motor to increase the rotating speed of the motor, so that the internal resistance of the power battery is utilized to heat the power battery and the internal resistance of the motor is utilized to heat the motor in the power supply process; and when the rotating speed of the motor reaches a second set value, recycling kinetic energy of the motor to charge the power battery and reduce the rotating speed of the motor, so that the internal resistance of the power battery is utilized to heat the power battery and the internal resistance of the motor in the kinetic energy recycling process. By monitoring the rotating speed of the motor and controlling the power battery and the motor to charge and discharge continuously, the power battery and the motor are heated when the rotating speed of the motor is kept to fluctuate in a certain area, and the heating efficiency is improved.
