The invention relates to a longitudinal beam front end structure, a front cabin assembly and an automobile, the longitudinal beam front end structure comprises a front longitudinal beam and a front end plate, and the front end plate comprises two connecting flanges and a boss; a front reinforcing piece is arranged in the front end of the front longitudinal beam, and the front longitudinal beam, the front reinforcing piece and the two connecting flanges are connected through a plurality of connecting pieces; during collision, the force transmission path of the longitudinal beam front end structure is as follows: the boss transmits the collision force from the front side to the front reinforcer; the connecting flange transmits the impact force from the side to the front side member. According to the invention, on the basis of traditional side surface force transmission, a channel for transmitting force from the front surface is added, so that the shearing force of side surface lap joint is reduced; the connecting piece is adopted to penetrate through the front reinforcing piece and the front longitudinal beam to be connected with the connecting flanges on the two sides of the front end plate into a whole, compared with a traditional welding structure, the shearing resistance is improved, and therefore the collision safety performance is improved; the front-end module can be adjusted in the first direction, the second direction and the third direction by adjusting the position of the front-end plate, and the front-end plate is high in assembly level, short in size chain and good in precision.

    本发明涉及纵梁前端结构、前机舱总成及汽车,纵梁前端结构包括前纵梁和前端板,前端板包括两个连接翻边和凸台;前纵梁的前端内部设置有前加强件,前纵梁、前加强件和两个连接翻边通过多个连接件相连;碰撞时,纵梁前端结构的传力路径为:凸台将碰撞力从正面传递至前加强件;连接翻边将碰撞力从侧面传递至前纵梁。本发明中,在传统侧面传力的基础上,增加从正面传力的通道,减少了侧面搭接的剪切力;采用连接件穿过前加强件、前纵梁与前端板两侧的连接翻边相连成整体,相较于传统焊接结构,提升了抗剪能力,从而提升了碰撞安全性能;通过调整前端板位置可以对前端模块沿第一、第二、第三方向进行调整,且前端板装配层级高,尺寸链短,精度好。
