According to the method, a historical database is inquired according to collected elastic deformation data of a plurality of liftable buffer devices arranged below a seat cushion assembly; and according to the query result, a control instruction related to the elastic deformation data is generated to adjust the lifting of the liftable buffer device, so that more comfortable riding experience is provided. Therefore, the movement of a rider can be followed according to the habits of the rider, the friction between the human body and the saddle is reduced, and the comfort level is increased.
