The invention discloses a lift car monitoring sensor based on depth vision, which has the functions of calculating the occupied area of objects loaded in a lift car, calculating the number of passengers and judging whether dangerous objects enter the lift car or not, and is used for assisting in judging whether the lift car is empty or full, optimizing elevator dispatching, preventing the passengers from being detained and improving elevator taking safety. The system comprises an image acquisition module with two-dimensional and three-dimensional perception, a feature extraction module with multiple dimensions and multiple modes, an elevator loading area calculation module with three-dimensional reconstruction capability, and a target detection module with three-dimensional target tracking. According to the invention, the multi-modal features are fully utilized to carry out area calculation and target detection, so that the method is more robust for mirror reflection, transmission, light and shadow changes, low objects and texture-free objects; object shielding is considered and compensation is carried out during area calculation, the influence of shielding is effectively relieved, sensor density or installation height does not need to be increased, the constraint on the installation position and angle is low, and installation is convenient and fast.

    本发明公开了一种基于深度视觉的轿厢监控传感器,具有计算轿厢装载物体占地面积、计算乘客数量、判断是否有危险物体进入轿厢的功能,用于辅助厢体空满判定、优化电梯调度、防止乘客滞留、增加乘梯安全。本发明包括具有二维和三维感知的图像采集模块、具有多维度多模态的特征提取模块、具有三维重建能力的电梯装载面积计算模块、具有三维目标追踪的目标检测模块。本发明充分利用多模态特征进行面积计算和目标检测,对镜面反射、透射、光影变化、低矮物体和无纹理物体更加鲁棒;计算面积时考虑物体遮挡并进行补偿,有效缓解遮挡的影响,不需要增加传感器密度或增加安装高度,对安装位置和角度约束低,使得安装便捷。
