The invention discloses a hoisting structure and a battery module, the hoisting structure is used for a battery cell module, the battery cell module extends along a first direction, two ends of the battery cell module are respectively provided with two abutting surfaces deviating from each other, and the hoisting structure comprises two end plates and a hoisting piece; the end plates are suitable for being fixedly connected with the battery cell modules, each end plate is provided with an abutting wall suitable for being attached to the abutting face close to the corresponding battery cell module, each end plate is provided with a partition wall away from the corresponding battery cell module, a connecting channel extending in the vertical direction is formed between the corresponding abutting wall and the corresponding partition wall, and an inlet of each connecting channel is formed in the upper end face of the corresponding end plate. A hanging hole communicated with the connecting channel is formed in the partition wall; and the hoisting piece is provided with a hooking part which is suitable for extending into the connecting channel and is hooked with the hanging hole. The battery module adopts the hoisting structure. The size of the energy storage module can be reduced.
