The invention discloses a composite material air cylinder inner container sealing structure, an air cylinder and a railway vehicle, the composite material air cylinder inner container sealing structure comprises a flange plate base and a threaded seat, and a sealing joint is arranged to be of a split structure of the flange plate base and the threaded seat. The flange plate base is connected with the inner container and serves as a bearing transition piece. Mechanical connection and glue joint are matched for use, a large area of the bottom of the flange plate base is glued, a glue layer is uniform, the thickness is guaranteed, and then the flange plate base is connected with threads of the inner container in a matched mode. The sealing reliability is achieved through the mechanical connection mode, the glue layer provides part of strength, meanwhile, buffering between the flange plate base and the inner container is achieved, and thermal expansion and cold contraction are compensated.

    本发明公开了一种复合材料风缸内胆密封结构及风缸、轨道车辆,包括法兰盘基座和螺纹座,本发明将密封接头设置为法兰盘基座和螺纹座分体结构。法兰盘基座与内胆进行连接,作为承载过渡件。机械连接和胶接配合使用,法兰盘基座底部大面区域进行打胶,胶层均匀保证厚度,再与内胆的螺纹进行配合连接。机械连接的方式实现密封的可靠性,胶层提供部分强度,同时实现法兰盘基座与内胆之前的缓冲,补偿热胀冷缩。
