The flange plate base is connected with the inner container and serves as a bearing transition piece. Mechanical connection and glue joint are matched for use, a large area of the bottom of the flange plate base is glued, a glue layer is uniform, the thickness is guaranteed, and then the flange plate base is connected with threads of the inner container in a matched mode. The sealing reliability is achieved through the mechanical connection mode, the glue layer provides part of strength, meanwhile, buffering between the flange plate base and the inner container is achieved, and thermal expansion and cold contraction are compensated.
