The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a release application; the release application is sent to the control tower control end, so that the control tower control end sends a release instruction to the airborne terminal; receiving and displaying a release instruction; sending a prepared push-out driving message to the control tower control end, so that the control tower control end sends a car pushing instruction to the airborne terminal after a first preset condition is met; receiving and displaying a cart pushing instruction; receiving and displaying an upper runway instruction sent by the control tower control end when a second preset condition is met; receiving and displaying a take-off instruction sent by the control tower control end when a third preset condition is met, so that a pilot drives the aircraft to take off; and receiving and displaying the approaching control frequency sent by the control tower control end when the airplane reaches the preset height. According to the method and the device for commanding the airport scene plane, electronic communication between the controller and the pilot is realized through the control tower control end and the airborne terminal, so that the communication efficiency and the accuracy are improved.
