The invention discloses an electric vehicle and wind power combined frequency modulation control method considering source-load random disturbance, and belongs to the field of power system frequency modulation control. The method comprises the steps that the output power boundary of frequency modulation participated by an electric vehicle is acquired; depicting the power change caused by the access and exit moments of the electric vehicle, and obtaining the disturbance caused by the electric vehicle; calculating an output power boundary of the wind turbine generator participating in frequency modulation; depicting power change caused by the wind turbine generator to obtain disturbance caused by the wind turbine generator; calculating system disturbance variables according to the output power boundary of frequency modulation participated by the electric vehicle, the output power boundary of frequency modulation participated by the wind turbine generator, disturbance caused by the electric vehicle and disturbance caused by the wind turbine generator, and establishing a state equation model of the multi-region interconnected power system; and solving an optimal frequency modulation control scheme by using rolling optimization according to the state equation model of the multi-region interconnected power system. The method solves the problem of random disturbance caused by access of large-scale electric vehicles and wind power into a power grid.

    本发明公开了一种考虑源荷随机扰动的电动汽车与风电联合调频控制方法,属于电力系统调频控制领域,该方法包括获取电动汽车参与调频的输出功率边界;刻画电动汽车接入和退出时刻所引起的功率变化,得到电动汽车引发的扰动;计算风电机组参与调频的输出功率边界;刻画风电机组所引起的功率变化,得到风电机组引发的扰动;根据电动汽车参与调频的输出功率边界、风电机组参与调频的输出功率边界、电动汽车引发的扰动和风电机组引发的扰动计算系统扰动变量,建立多区域互联电力系统的状态方程模型;根据多区域互联电力系统的状态方程模型,利用滚动优化求解最优调频控制方案。本发明解决了大规模电动汽车与风电接入电网带来的随机扰动问题。
