The invention discloses a harvester body balance self-adaptive adjusting system and an adjusting method. The adjusting system comprises a driving axle body, a suspension mechanism, an adjusting driving mechanism, a body inclination detection mechanism, an adjusting amplitude detection mechanism and a vehicle-mounted controller. The suspension mechanism comprises an upper suspension and a lower suspension which are arranged up and down, one ends of the upper suspension and the lower suspension are rotationally connected with the drive axle body, the other ends of the upper suspension and the lower suspension are rotationally connected with wheel mounting seats for mounting wheels, and the upper suspension, the lower suspension, the drive axle body and the wheel mounting seats form a parallel four-bar mechanism; the vehicle-mounted controller controls the adjusting driving mechanisms on the two sides of the driving axle body to act according to the inclination state so as to drive the suspension mechanisms to rotate relative to the driving axle body, so that the wheel mounting bases connected with the suspension mechanisms move up and down in parallel, the vehicle body is adjusted to be in the horizontal state, and meanwhile axles of the wheels can be kept in the horizontal state all the time. The wheel has a more stable supporting state on the ground, has higher supporting strength and can adapt to a complex ground driving environment.

    一种收获机车身平衡自适应调节系统及调节方法,调节系统包括驱动桥体、悬挂机构、调节驱动机构、车身倾斜检测机构、调节幅度检测机构和车载控制器。悬挂机构包括呈上下布置的上悬挂和下悬挂,上悬挂和下悬挂的一端均与驱动桥体转动连接,另一端均与用于安装车轮的车轮安装座转动连接,上悬挂、下悬挂、驱动桥体和车轮安装座形成平行四连杆机构,车载控制器根据倾斜状态分别控制驱动桥体两侧的调节驱动机构动作,以驱动悬挂机构相对于驱动桥体转动,使悬挂机构连接的车轮安装座上下平行移动,将车身调节至水平状态,同时又能够保持车轮的轮轴始终处于水平状态,使车轮在地面有更稳定的支撑状态,且具有更高的支撑强度,能适应复杂的地面行驶环境。
