The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted air conditioner control method which comprises the steps that physiological state parameters and environmental parameters of a passenger are obtained, and a vehicle-mounted air conditioner is controlled to operate according to adjusted operating parameters according to the physiological state parameters and the environmental parameters, so that the thermal environment in a vehicle is matched with the physiological state of the passenger. The collected physiological state parameters and environmental parameters of the passenger can be processed, and the vehicle-mounted air conditioner is controlled to operate according to the adjusted operating parameters according to the comfort degree of the passenger under the current physiological state parameters and environmental parameters. Compared with a method for mechanically determining the operating parameters of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner according to the environmental parameters, the method has the advantages that different requirements of the passengers on the in-vehicle thermal environment can be determined according to different physiological states of the passengers, and the vehicle-mounted air conditioner is controlled to operate according to the adjusted operating parameters according to the physiological requirements of the different passengers; and the vehicle-mounted air conditioner can meet the comfort required by passengers.
