本发明公开一种纤维‑金属材料混编织物增强橡胶结构及其应用。该织物增强橡胶结构通过将纤维与金属材料混编成网状结构织物,再将其作为增强体与橡胶基体材料相结合,形成一种具有优异机械性能和耐久性能的轻量化复合材料,达到提高橡胶结构整体强度和韧性的效果。将该织物增强橡胶结构应用于汽车工业中,可以作为一层围绕胎面中心线圆周方向箍紧胎体的纤维‑金属材料复合帘布层,替代现有带束层技术中的钢丝帘布,制造织物增强子午线轮胎。本发明充分利用纤维低密度、高比强度、高比模量、耐疲劳等优良特性,在大幅减重的同时降低轮胎的滚动阻力并提高轮胎的强度冗余和疲劳性能,实现轮胎高性能、轻量化的目标。
