The invention discloses an audio frame system, a vehicle-mounted terminal and a vehicle. The audio frame system comprises a kernel layer, a hardware abstraction layer and a frame layer, wherein the hardware abstraction layer runs on the kernel layer; the framework layer runs on the hardware abstraction layer and comprises at least two operating systems; an audio application program interface used for controlling audio equipment is arranged in the hardware abstraction layer, and the audio application program interface is defined as a global variable, so that all the operating systems can control the audio equipment by sharing the hardware abstraction layer. A hardware abstraction layer does not need to be modified greatly, so that the modification amount is reduced, and an audio frame system is more stable; the method can also be applied to scenes without supporting multi-opening of hardware abstraction layers, use limitation is reduced, portability and adaptability are better, and higher expansibility is achieved.
