The invention relates to a vehicle suspension automatic radiator and a working method thereof. A vehicle suspension automatic radiator is composed of an upper fixing cover plate, an air cavity piston, an air cavity cover plate, an air cavity, a heat dissipation cavity and a heat dissipation cavity cover plate, and the upper fixing cover plate is fixed between a vehicle suspension and a vehicle body, located at the upper end of the suspension and fixed to the air cavity piston; the air cavity piston is fixed at the lower end of the upper fixed cover plate; the air cavity cover plate is fixed on the air cavity; the air cavity is connected with the heat dissipation cavity; a heat dissipation air passage hole is formed in the heat dissipation cavity; the heat dissipation cavity cover plate is fixed to the upper end of the heat dissipation cavity. The upper part and the lower part of the automatic radiator are installed at the upper end and the lower end of the vehicle suspension and synchronously move along with the upper end and the lower end of the vehicle suspension so that the large-area heat dissipation airflow can be generated in the radiator, the suspension automatic heat dissipation effect can be achieved, electric control, hydraulic control and other complex structures are not needed, installation is convenient, and the application cost is low; heat is dissipated timely and effectively along with vehicle suspension movement, and heat dissipation work under various conditions such as positions where heat dissipation is difficult and the vehicle is in a low-speed state is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种车辆悬置自动散热器及其工作方法。车辆悬置自动散热器,由上固定盖板、气腔活塞、气腔盖板、气腔、散热腔及散热腔盖板组成,上固定盖板固定于车辆悬置与车身之间,位于悬置上端,与气腔活塞固定;气腔活塞固定于上固定盖板下端;气腔盖板固定于气腔上;气腔与散热腔相连;散热腔内部存在散热气道孔;散热腔盖板固定于散热腔上端。本发明通过在车辆悬置的上下两端安装自动散热器的上下两部分,且随车辆悬置上下两端同步运动使散热器的内部产生大面积散热气流的方式达到悬置自动散热效果,无需电控、液控等复杂结构,安装方便,应用成本低,随车辆悬置运动及时有效的散热,解决了散热难的位置及车辆低速状态等多种情况下的散热工作。
