The invention relates to the technical field of kinetic energy recovery, in particular to a kinetic energy recovery device and a using method, the kinetic energy recovery device comprises a brake shell, a conduction assembly is arranged on the front face of the brake shell, and an evaporation assembly is arranged on one side of the brake shell. According to the kinetic energy recovery device and the using method, a conduction plate in the conduction assembly is attached to the brake pad, the conduction plate makes soft contact with the brake pad after braking is conducted through the acting force provided by a second spring, and the loss of the conduction plate caused by friction force between the conduction plate and the brake pad is reduced; heat generated by braking of the brake pad of the conduction plate is brought into the heating bin through the conduction plate, water in the heating bin is heated to generate steam, accordingly, an impeller in the evaporation assembly is driven to rotate, power of the impeller is converted into electric energy of the electric automobile through the first generator, kinetic energy is recycled, and the energy saving effect is achieved. And the use efficiency of energy is improved.

    本发明涉及动能回收技术领域,具体为一种动能回收装置及使用方法,包括制动器外壳,所述制动器外壳的正面设置有传导组件,所述制动器外壳的一侧设置有蒸发组件。该动能回收装置及使用方法,通过传导组件中的传导板与刹车片贴合,并由第二弹簧提供的作用力使得在进行制动后让传导板与刹车片进行软接触,降低传导板与刹车片因摩擦力导致的传导板的损耗,通过传导板与刹车片的贴合,使得传导板因制动片的制动而产生的热量经过传导板将热量带入加热仓中,使得加热仓中的水被加热而产生蒸汽,从而驱动蒸发组件中的叶轮进行转动,并通过第一发电机将叶轮的动力转化成电动汽车的电能,实现动能的回收,提高能量的使用效率。
