The invention provides a zero-gravity simulation follow-up device of a repeated folding and unfolding mechanism. The zero-gravity simulation follow-up device comprises a hanging system, a follow-up device, a counterweight assembly, a connecting device, a main frame and the like. The hanging system, the follow-up device and the counterweight assembly are installed on the main frame, and the connecting device is installed at the end of the hanging system and connected with the repeated folding and unfolding battery wing mechanism. According to the unfolding and folding actions of the repeated folding and unfolding battery wing mechanism, a follow-up zero-gravity simulation environment is provided, and the purpose of verifying the high-precision unfolding and folding performance of the light and small battery wing is achieved. The zero-gravity simulation follow-up device provided by the invention does not need personnel participation during working, can balance the gravity in a follow-up manner along with the unfolding and folding process of the solar wing mechanism, is convenient to move, can be quickly disassembled, assembled and in-place work, and is suitable for a ground unfolding and folding test of a battery wing mechanism with relatively large repeated folding and unfolding times.

    本发明提供一种重复折展机构的零重力模拟随动装置,包括吊挂系统、随动装置、配重组件、连接装置和主框架等。吊挂系统、随动装置和配重组件安装在主框架上,连接装置安装在吊挂系统端部与重复折展电池翼机构相连。根据重复折展电池翼机构的展开及收拢动作,提供随动的零重力模拟环境,实现轻小型电池翼高精度展开、收拢性能验证的目的。本发明提供的零重力模拟随动装置,工作时无需人员参与,可随太阳翼机构展收过程随动平衡重力,移动方便,可快速拆卸、组装及就位工作,适用于较大重复折展次数的电池翼机构的地面展收试验。
