The device has the beneficial effects that the position of the steel wire rope can be adaptively adjusted by the nondestructive detector on the same plane, the position of the nondestructive detector does not need to be manually adjusted or stabilized, and the detection convenience of the steel wire rope is improved; the wire rod can be prevented from being pulled in the moving process of the nondestructive detector while the wire rod can be conveniently stored, and the safety of the steel wire rope detection process is improved.

    本发明公开了一种钢丝绳检测主动调节系统,包括无损检测仪、横向移动机构、纵向移动机构和支座,所述纵向移动机构设置有两个,且分别安装在所述横向移动机构的两端,使得该横向移动机构能沿所述纵向移动机构做直线运动,所述支座设置有两个,分别设置在所述纵向移动机构的下方,所述无损检测仪通过检测仪架安装在所述横向移动机构上,使得该无损检测仪能沿所述横向移动机构做直线运动。有益效果在于:保证无损检测仪在同一平面上对钢丝绳位置进行自适应调节,而无需由人工调节或稳定无损检测仪的位置,提高钢丝绳检测的便捷性;可方便线材收纳的同时,避免无损检测仪在移动过程中拉扯线材,提高钢丝绳检测过程的安全性。
