The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic management and control, in particular to a traffic control method for preventing highway tunnel congestion, which comprises the following steps: S1, setting an application scene; for a given expressway, controlled road sections are divided, and detectors and road side units are arranged in the range of the controlled road sections; s2, traffic state information such as vehicle inflow and outflow of a controlled road section is detected in real time based on expressway sensing equipment; s3, determining the target outflow of the controlled road section; s4, solving a CAVs expected speed control instruction by using a model predictive control framework, and enabling the actual outflow volume to be matched with the target outflow volume; and S5, transmitting a CAVs expected speed control instruction by using the road side unit, and accurately executing the instruction by the controlled CAVs. According to the method, the target cruise speed of the CAVs at the upstream section of the tunnel is controlled, so that the vehicle speed of the HVs is indirectly influenced, the traffic demand flow at the upstream of the tunnel is adjusted, the bottleneck traffic capacity of the downstream tunnel is matched, and the aim of preventing congestion is achieved.

    本发明涉及智能交通管理与控制技术领域,尤其为一种预防高速隧道拥堵的交通管控方法,包括步骤S1、应用场景设定;针对给定的高速公路,划分被控路段,在被控路段范围内布设检测器和路侧单元;步骤S2、基于高速公路感知设备对被控路段的车辆流入量和流出量等交通状态信息进行实时检测;步骤S3、确定被控路段目标流出量;步骤S4、利用模型预测控制框架求解CAVs期望速度控制指令,目标使得实际流出量和目标流出量吻合;步骤S5、利用路侧单元传递CAVs期望速度控制指令,被控CAVs精准执行指令。本发明通过控制隧道上游路段CAVs目标巡航速度,进而间接影响HVs的车速,调节隧道上游交通需求流量,匹配下游隧道瓶颈的通行能力,达到预防拥堵的目标。
