Two gaps formed by the hollow reinforcing beam, the side wall outer plate and the side wall inner plate are filled with fillers made of carbon fiber composite materials, and the fillers are connected with the hollow reinforcing beam, the side wall outer plate and the side wall inner plate in a co-curing mode. The automobile A-column stiffening beam with higher integrity can be formed, and the structural strength of the automobile A-column stiffening beam is greatly improved on the premise of meeting the requirement for light weight of an automobile body structure.
本发明涉及汽车车身结构设计技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于碳纤维复合材料的汽车A柱加强梁及其制造方法。该汽车A柱加强梁包括采用碳纤维复合材料制作的空心加强梁、侧围外板和侧围内板,其中:空心加强梁通过3D编织工艺一体成型;侧围外板和侧围内板相向包覆空心加强梁,且侧围外板与侧围内板之间形成两重合相接边,空心加强梁、侧围外板和侧围内板三者中,两两之间为共固化连接;空心加强梁、侧围外板和侧围内板三者所形成的两空隙内均设有采用碳纤维复合材料制作的填充物,填充物与空心加强梁、侧围外板和侧围内板之间均为共固化连接。本发明可以形成整体性更强的汽车A柱加强梁,在满足车身结构轻量化的前提下,其结构强度得到了极大提升。
