Four-wheel integrated band-type brake braking is adopted, so that the braking effect of the walking wheels is effectively improved, and the braking efficiency is improved; in the braking process of the band-type brake, the wheel inner braking assembly can be driven, at the moment, the wheel inner braking assembly expands outwards, the inner circle of the walking wheel is shored, and therefore the double-braking effect is achieved, the braking distance of the driving trolley is greatly shortened, the braking time is shortened, and the braking effect is improved.

    本发明公开了一种矿车机车用多重制动装置,涉及制动装置技术领域,该矿车机车用多重制动装置包括机车大架,在机车大架两端的底部安装有驱动小车,且在机车大架上固定有机车体;需要制动的时候,气缸的缸杆伸出,推动杆带动机械制动组件动作,从而实现对行走轮的抱闸制动;采用四轮集体式抱闸制动,从而有效的提高了行走轮的制动效果,提高了制动效率;在抱闸制动的过程中,会带动车轮内制动组件,此时的车轮内制动组件向外展开,对行走轮的内圆进行顶撑,从而实现双重制动的效果,极大的缩减了驱动小车的制动距离,减少了制动时间,提高了制动效果。
