The battery pack circuit comprises a first battery pack; the second battery pack is selectively connected with the first battery pack, and the temperature stability of the second battery pack is higher than that of the first battery pack; the control unit is respectively connected with the first battery pack and the second battery pack, and the control unit is used for controlling at least one of the first battery pack and the second battery pack to charge and discharge according to the temperature of the first battery pack. Based on the battery pack circuit, the reduction of the charging and discharging capacity of the first battery pack due to temperature can be compensated through the charging and discharging capacity of the second battery pack.
