The invention discloses an elevator leveling precision automatic test method, which comprises an optical range finder, a terminal and an elevator control system, and comprises the following test steps: starting a test by the terminal; the elevator door is closed and automatically runs to the bottom layer and is opened; the optical range finder measures leveling precision data and transmits the leveling precision data to the elevator control system; the elevator automatically moves upwards to the upper layer; the optical range finder measures the leveling precision data of the floor and transmits the leveling precision data to the elevator control system; continuously executing the previous step until the elevator runs to the top layer; and completing the test. The detachable optical range finder and the terminal are arranged to be associated with an elevator control system of an elevator, the optical range finder is used for measuring the distance between the elevator car sill and the landing door sill at the same time, and the distance between the landing door sill and the elevator car sill is calculated through a trigonometric function algorithm. The leveling precision can be quickly and accurately obtained, manual measurement is not needed to be carried out for multiple times through a measuring tool, the testing is more convenient, and the manual workload is relatively smaller.

    本发明公开了一种电梯平层精度自动测试方法,包括光学测距仪、终端和电梯控制系统,测试步骤为:终端启动测试;电梯关门自动运行至底层并开门;光学测距仪测定平层精度数据并传输给电梯控制系统;电梯自动向上运行至上一层;光学测距仪测定该层平层精度数据并传输给电梯控制系统;不停执行上步直至电梯运行至顶层;完成测试。本发明通过设置可拆卸的光学测距仪和终端与电梯本身的电梯控制系统相关联,利用光学测距仪来同时测定分别到轿厢地坎与层门地坎的距离,通过三角函数算法来计算出层门地坎与轿厢地坎之间的间距,快速且精确的获取到平层精度,无需由人工通过测量工具进行多次手动测量,测试更方便且人工工作量相对更小。
