The invention discloses a container portal crane capable of preventing articles from shaking, which comprises a track moving frame, a driving frame and a balance mechanism, the balance mechanism is driven to a position above a container through a lifting mechanism, and the container is clamped and fixed through a clamping jaw of the balance mechanism; after a container is preliminarily hoisted, the relative positions of the two balance mechanisms are specifically adjusted according to the inclination condition of the container, a motor drives a driving shaft to rotate, the driving shaft rotates to drive a screw rod to rotate, screw joint pieces of the balance mechanisms are in threaded connection with the screw rod of a driving frame, and a whole formed by a movable plate and a U-shaped connecting frame movably sleeves the driving frame. The rotation of the balance mechanisms is limited, so that the whole balance mechanisms can move in the length direction of the frame main body, by adjusting the relative positions of the two balance mechanisms, the gravity center of the container cannot shift after the container is hoisted, and the container is prevented from shaking in the hoisting and transporting process.

    本发明公开了一种避免物品晃动的集装箱门式起重机,包括轨道移动架、驱动框架以及平衡机构,通过起降机构将平衡机构带动至集装箱的上方,通过平衡机构的夹爪对集装箱进行夹持固定,在将集装箱初步吊起后根据集装箱倾斜情况具体调节两个平衡机构的相对位置,通过电机带动驱动轴转动,驱动轴转动带动螺杆转动,平衡机构的螺接件与驱动框架的螺杆螺纹连接,移动板与U型连接架构成的整体活动套设于驱动框架上,限制平衡机构的转动,使得平衡机构整体可沿着框架主体的长度方向运动,通过调节两个平衡机构之间的相对位置,使得集装箱在被吊起后的不会出现重心偏移,防止集装箱在吊起运输的过程中晃动。
