The invention discloses a friction plate abrasion monitoring and parking braking method and system and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that a theoretical PV curve is obtained; acquiring a real-time PV curve; the theoretical PV curve and the real-time PV curve are compared and calculated to obtain the abrasion loss of the friction plate; a parking gradient is obtained; according to the method, the thickness change, namely the abrasion loss of the friction plate, of the friction plate is obtained through comparison and calculation of the theoretical PV curve and the real-time PV curve, the parking braking force is adjusted according to the abrasion loss of the friction plate and the parking gradient, and the parking braking force is adjusted according to the parking gradient and the abrasion loss of the friction plate. When the abrasion degree of the friction plate is serious, a driver is prompted and parking braking force is adjusted, the slope sliding risk is prevented, parking safety is guaranteed, the abrasion degree of the friction plate can be monitored in real time, an abrasion alarm can be omitted, and cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种摩擦片磨损监控及驻车制动方法、系统及车辆,包括:获取理论PV曲线;获取实时PV曲线;通过所述理论PV曲线与所述实时PV曲线进行对比计算,以得出摩擦片的磨损量;获取驻车坡度;根据所述驻车坡度和所述摩擦片的磨损量调节驻车制动力,本发明通过理论PV曲线与实时PV曲线进行对比计算得出摩擦片的的厚度变化,即是摩擦片的磨损量,并根据摩擦片的磨损量和驻车坡度来调整驻车制动力,当摩擦片磨损程度严重后进行驾驶员提示并调节驻车制动力,防止溜坡风险,保证驻车安全性,也可实时监控到摩擦片的磨损程度,有助于取消磨损报警器,实现降本。
