The invention discloses a traffic flow control method for relieving traffic jam based on the Internet of Vehicles. The method is realized based on the Internet of Vehicles technology. The method comprises the following steps: step (1), acquiring road topological structure information and road congestion conditions of a traffic system through the Internet of Vehicles; and step (2), in consideration of capacity limitation of adjacent road sections and a complex traffic network topology structure, a traffic flow control model is constructed, and the model comprises three control strategies. And step (3), considering the existence of the traveler route selection behavior, constructing a traveler route selection behavior model which mainly considers two common traveler route selection preferences, namely the shortest travel distance and the shortest travel time. And step (4), in consideration of the mobility of traffic flow and the coupling of the traffic network, constructing a traffic flow control strategy optimization model. And step (5), obtaining vehicle control strategies on road sections with different congestion degrees by using a pigeon inspired algorithm.

    本发明公开了一种基于车联网缓解交通拥堵的车流量控制方法,该方法基于车联网技术实现。步骤(1):通过车联网获取交通系统的道路拓扑结构信息、道路拥堵状况。步骤(2):考虑到相邻路段的容量限制和复杂的交通网络拓扑结构,构建车流量控制模型,该模型共包含三种控制策略。步骤(3):考虑到出行者择路行为的存在,构建出行者择路行为模型,该模型主要考虑两种常见的出行者择路偏好:最短出行距离和最短出行时间。步骤(4):考虑到交通流量的流动性和交通网络的耦合性,构建车流量控制策略优化模型。步骤(5):利用鸽群算法,得到不同拥堵程度的路段上的车辆控制策略。
