The invention discloses a spoke strengthening method and a spoke strengthening structure, and the method comprises the following steps: taking a spoke body with a head end part and a thread part at two ends respectively, arranging a neck part below the head end part, and forging the neck part at least twice to increase the sectional area of the neck part and improve the density and the strength of metal grains at the neck part; a hexagonal column-shaped strengthening part structure is simultaneously processed and forged below the high-density neck part, and high-frequency lateral stress borne by the lower part of the high-density neck part is buffered by utilizing the characteristics of optimal compressive strength and bending strength of the hexagonal column. The spoke strengthening structure manufactured by the method can achieve the effects of reducing the breakage probability of the spokes and prolonging the service life of the spokes.
本发明公开了一种强化辐条方法及辐条强化结构,该方法包括:取一包含两端分别具有头端部与螺纹部的辐条本体,于该头端部下方设有一颈部,该颈部经过至少二次锻造而使颈部截面积增大,并提高该处金属晶粒的密度及强度;于此高密度的颈部之下,同时加工锻造一个呈六角柱形的强化部结构,并利用此六角柱形具有最佳的抗压强度与抗弯强度的特性,来缓冲高密度的颈部下方处所受到的高频率侧向应力,以此方法制成的辐条强化结构能达成降低辐条断裂机率,提高辐条寿命的效果。
