The invention discloses a stepped energy complementing method for an automatic wharf charging type IGV. The electric quantity of the IGV is graded from high to low; setting a charging priority according to the grade of the IGV; and different charging strategies are adopted according to a wharf ship operation plan. According to the electric quantity grade and the number of the charging piles, the situation that a large number of IGVs need to be charged is pre-judged, IGV progressive charging is planned in advance, and the situation that the charging piles are insufficient, and a large number of IGVs are insufficient in electric quantity and cannot work is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种自动化码头充电式IGV的阶梯式补能方法,将IGV的电量从高到低进行分级;根据所述IGV的等级,设定充电优先级;再根据码头船舶作业计划,采用不同的充电策略。本发明根据电量等级、充电桩个数、预判出现大量需要充电的情况,提前规划IGV渐进式充电,避免出现充电桩不够,大量IGV电量不足无法作业的情况。
