The invention discloses an automatic disassembling and assembling system and method for a crane counterweight, and the system comprises a counterweight module which is detachably installed on a crane vehicle, is used for guaranteeing the stability of a crane during hoisting operation, and comprises a counterweight block and a hanging point I located on the counterweight block; and the rotary table module comprises a flat rotary table and a rear tailstock, and the flat rotary table is rotationally connected to the frame. The first positioning stop line m and the second positioning stop line n are arranged on the frame, alpha and beta are calculated according to the initial position of the central axis of the rear tailstock, accurate positioning control is carried out, the counterweight one-key automatic mounting/dismounting function is achieved through counterweight oil cylinder up-and-down limiting detection, rotation angle detection and rotary table locking pin state monitoring, and the automatic mounting/dismounting efficiency is improved. Only one operator is needed to activate corresponding functions to automatically run, auxiliary personnel do not need to observe the counterweight loading and unloading state at the counterweight position, the risk that the oil cylinder collides with the counterweight can be effectively avoided, the disassembly and assembly efficiency and safety are improved, and the operation complexity is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种起重机配重自动拆装系统和方法,系统包括:配重模块,可拆装式地安装在起重机车辆上,用于保证起重机吊重作业时的稳定性,包括配重块以及位于配重块上的挂接点一;转台模块,包括平转台和后尾座,平转台转动连接在车架上。本发明通过在车架上设定第一定位停止线m和第二定位停止线n,根据后尾座中轴线初始位置计算α以及β,进行精准定位控制,通过配重油缸上下限位检测、回转角度检测及转台锁止销状态监测,实现配重一键自动安装/拆卸功能,仅需一位操作人员激活相应功能即可自主运行,无需辅助人员在配重位置观察配重装卸状态,可有效避免油缸碰撞配重风险,提升拆装效率、安全性,且降低操作复杂度。
