Due to the limitation of the rolling wheel, the swing amplitude of the steel wire rope at the distance from the stabilizing unit to the winding drum is not too large, so that the stabilizing effect is achieved, the steel wire rope on the winding drum is prevented from being disordered, and the rolling wheel is matched with the transverse guide rail and the longitudinal guide rail, so that the rolling wheel and the movable steel wire rope can be synchronized in position.
