The invention discloses an electromagnetic clutch, an electric drive assembly, a vehicle and a gear shifting control method. The technical problem that an existing electromagnetic clutch is poor in economical efficiency is solved. The electromagnetic clutch comprises a clutch shaft, a magnetic element, a driving end, a driven end and a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism comprises an elastic piece and a locking piece. The driving end and the driven end are driven by the magnetic element to be meshed and separated, when the electromagnetic clutch is in a combined state, the driving end and the driven end are meshed, and the locking piece is ejected into the limiting groove under the action of the elastic piece, so that the locking effect is achieved in the axial direction of the clutch shaft, and the combined state is maintained. When the electromagnetic clutch is kept in the combined state, power is continuously transmitted from one end of the electromagnetic clutch to the other end of the electromagnetic clutch through the locking effect of the mechanical locking structure, continuous electrification of an electromagnetic coil is not needed any more, and therefore energy consumption and carbon emission are further reduced, and beneficial contribution is made to economical efficiency of a power assembly and a whole vehicle.

    本申请公开了一种电磁离合器、电驱动总成、车辆以及换挡控制方法,解决目前电磁离合器经济性差的技术问题。电磁离合器包括离合器轴、磁性元件、主动端、被动端和锁止机构,锁止机构包括弹性件和锁止件。主动端与被动端啮合、分离均是由磁性元件驱动,在电磁离合器处于结合状态下,主动端与被动端啮合,且锁止件在弹性件的作用下被顶至限位槽中,从而在离合器轴的轴向起锁止作用,维持结合状态。电磁离合器在维持结合状态时,通过机械锁止结构的锁止作用将动力持续从电磁离合器的一端传递到另一端,不再需要对电磁线圈持续通电,从而进一步降低的能耗、碳排放,为动力总成和整车的经济性做出有利贡献。
