The invention discloses a power battery anti-misjudgment safety evaluation method and system considering expected safety, and relates to the technical field of power batteries, and the system is characterized in that each temperature sensor is connected with a temperature collection module; the temperature acquisition module and the expected safety control chip are respectively connected with the BMS chip; the expected safety control chip is used for acquiring battery cell temperature signals of the corresponding battery cells acquired by the temperature sensors; judging whether the cell temperature signal meets a first condition or not; when the battery cell temperature signal meets a first condition, determining that the current battery cell and the current temperature sensor do not have faults, and when the battery cell temperature signal does not meet the first condition, determining that the current battery cell or the current temperature sensor has faults; if the current battery cell has a fault, generating a BMS battery safety protection signal; if the current temperature sensor breaks down, a BMS expected safety protection signal is generated. According to the invention, the specific cause of the abnormal cell temperature signal is determined, and effective monitoring and protection of the power battery are realized.

    本发明公开一种考虑预期安全的动力电池防误判安全评估方法及系统,涉及动力电池技术领域,系统包括:各温度传感器分别与温度采集模块连接;温度采集模块和预期安全控制芯片分别与BMS芯片连接;预期安全控制芯片用于:获取各温度传感器采集相应电芯的电芯温度信号;判断电芯温度信号是否满足第一条件;当电芯温度信号满足第一条件时,确定当前电芯和当前温度传感器未出现故障,当电芯温度信号不满足第一条件时,确定当前电芯或当前温度传感器出现故障;若当前电芯出现故障,则生成BMS电池安全保护信号;若当前温度传感器出现故障,则生成BMS预期安全保护信号。本发明确定电芯温度信号异常的具体原因,实现对动力电池的有效监测和保护。
