The invention discloses a braking conversion method based on a short-distance frequent braking working condition, which comprises the following steps: when a forklift runs and the actual running distance of the forklift is not greater than 3.5 times of the length of the forklift, judging that the forklift is in the short-distance frequent braking working condition; then real-time loads of the front wheel and the rear wheel of the forklift are detected respectively; according to the real-time load change, the braking force distributed to the front brake caliper and the rear brake caliper and the distribution coefficient are calculated; the opening proportion of flow proportional valves connected with the front brake caliper and the rear brake caliper is controlled according to the braking force so as to control the oil inlet amount and pressure entering the front brake caliper and the rear brake caliper. Electric signals of the two flow proportional valves are connected with the pump motor and used for controlling the rotating speed of the pump motor. The invention further discloses a braking conversion system based on the short-distance frequent braking working condition. The front wheel and the rear wheel of the heavy-duty electric forklift are braked at the same time, so that the speed of the heavy-duty electric forklift can be rapidly and stably reduced, the stability and the operation safety of the whole forklift during braking are greatly improved, and the energy consumption of a braking system is reduced.
本发明公开了基于短距离频繁刹车工况下的制动转换方法,其包括:叉车行驶时,叉车实际行驶距离不大于3.5倍叉车长度时,则判断叉车为短距离频繁刹车工况;然后分别检测叉车前、后轮的实时载荷;根据实时载荷变化,计算分配到前、后制动钳上的制动力及分配系数;根据制动力大小来控制分别与前、后制动钳连接的流量比例阀的开口比例,以控制进入前、后制动钳的进油量及压力;两个流量比例阀的电信号与泵电机连接,用于控制泵电机的转速。同时还公开了基于短距离频繁刹车工况下的制动转换系统。本发明实现了重型电动叉车的前、后轮同时进行制动,从而能快速、平稳的降低车速,大大提高整车在制动时的平稳性和运行安全性,并实现制动系统能耗降低。
