The invention provides a torque monitoring method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, the method is applied to the field of vehicles, and the method comprises the steps of obtaining current actual vehicle condition data of the vehicle; determining the current maximum allowable acceleration and actual acceleration of the vehicle according to the current actual vehicle condition data; and under the condition that the actual acceleration is greater than the maximum allowable acceleration, activating a preset safe state so as to control the function demand torque of the functional layer to be reset. The method can reduce the situation that the safety state is triggered by mistake, and therefore the driving feeling of a driver is improved.
