The invention discloses a carrier rocket hoisting and erecting device and method, and belongs to the field of rocket hoisting and launching. The carrier rocket hoisting and erecting device comprises a base, a rocket body tail section tray, a hoisting tool and a lifting device; the base comprises a sliding table steel frame; the sliding table steel frame is provided with a flow guide groove which is vertically formed and penetrates through the sliding table steel frame. A guide rail is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the sliding table steel frame in the length direction. The rocket body tail section tray is detachably and fixedly connected with the rocket body tail section; the rocket body tail section tray is provided with a guide wheel group; the guide wheel group comprises guide wheels which are matched with the guide rails and are arranged in pairs; the lifting appliance comprises a rocket body horizontal lifting appliance and a rocket body overturning lifting appliance; the arrow body overturning lifting appliance is configured to enable the arrow body to rotate from a horizontal state to a vertical state along the axial direction of the guide wheel group under the lifting action; and the lifting device is fixedly arranged on the tray at the tail section of the rocket body. Rapid erection of the rocket can be achieved through the hoisting device, the erection efficiency of the rocket is improved, and the launching time is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种运载火箭吊装起竖装置及起竖方法,属于火箭吊装及发射领域,包括基座、箭体尾段托盘、吊具和升降装置;基座包括滑台钢架;滑台钢架上具有沿竖向设置且贯穿其的导流槽;滑台钢架上表面固设有沿其长度方向设置的导轨;箭体尾段托盘与箭体尾段可拆卸地固定连接;箭体尾段托盘设置有导向轮组;导向轮组包括与导轨相适应且成对设置的导向轮;吊具包括箭体水平吊具和箭体翻转吊具;箭体翻转吊具配置成使箭体在吊装作用下沿导向轮组轴向由水平状态旋转至竖起状态;升降装置固设于箭体尾段托盘上。本发明依靠吊装装置就能实现火箭的快速起竖,提高火箭起竖效率并缩短发射时间。
