The self-propelled underwater pressure pipeline desilting robot comprises a sailing steering module, a first walking module, a scraping plough cutting module, a jet flow washing module, a second walking module and a driving propelling module which are sequentially connected from front to back. The scraping plough cutting module comprises a scraping plough sleeve, a lifting assembly and a plowshare assembly. The two ends of the scraping plough sleeve are connected with the first walking module and the jet flow washing module correspondingly. The lifting assembly is located below the scraping plow sleeve and installed on the scraping plow sleeve, and the telescopic end of the lifting assembly is connected with the plowshare assembly. According to the self-propelled underwater pressure pipeline dredging robot provided by the invention, the sailing and steering module is arranged, so that the robot can be controlled to sail and steer after entering underwater and before entering a pipeline to start dredging work; and the scraping plough cutting module is arranged, so that deposits deposited at the bottom of a seabed large-diameter pressure pipeline can be cleaned.
