The invention discloses an active and semi-active hybrid control seat suspension and a control method thereof. Wherein the seat suspension frame is arranged on a fixed base plate on a vehicle body chassis, and the seat mounting plate is mounted above the fixed base plate through two shear type brackets which are arranged side by side; an active actuator and a magneto-rheological damper which are used for controlling the telescopic movement of the shear type bracket are mounted on the fixed base plate; the active actuator and the magneto-rheological damper are in transmission connection with the shear type support through a transmission mechanism, and the active actuator and the magneto-rheological damper are in signal connection with the control device; the control device is used for controlling the active actuator and the magneto-rheological damper to work independently or controlling the active actuator and the magneto-rheological damper to work jointly according to the vibration frequency and the vibration amplitude of the seat suspension, and active and semi-active hybrid control is achieved. The seat suspension can achieve broadband vibration suppression, is simple and compact in structural form, can be modified based on an existing seat suspension, and is low in cost.
本发明公开了一种主动与半主动混合控制的座椅悬架及其控制方法。其中,座椅悬架设置在车身底盘上的固定基板以及通过两个并排设置的剪式支架安装在固定基板上方的座椅安装板;固定基板上安装有用于控制剪式支架伸缩运动的主动作动器和磁流变阻尼器;主动作动器和磁流变阻尼器通过传动机构与剪式支架传动连接,主动作动器和磁流变阻尼器分别与控制装置信号连接;控制装置用于根据座椅悬架的振动频率和振动幅值控制主动作动器和磁流变阻尼器分别单独工作,或者控制主动作动器和磁流变阻尼器联合工作,实现主动与半主动混合控制。该座椅悬架能够实现宽频的振动抑制,且结构形式简单紧凑,可以基于现有的座椅悬架进行改装,成本低。
