The two sets of connecting beams are arranged on the two sides of the traction beam respectively, and each buffer beam is fixedly connected with the sleeper beam through the corresponding connecting beam. Two sets of reinforcing rods are arranged between the two sets of connecting beams, each set of reinforcing rods is connected with the corresponding connecting beam through a connecting unit, and the traction beam is located between the two sets of reinforcing rods. The traction beam has the advantages that the alternating load of the buffer beam is applied to the connecting beam, when the connecting beam is subjected to fatigue fracture, the traction beam can still be connected with the two carriages, and therefore the using safety of the railway vehicle is improved.
