According to the bionic underwater propeller based on spiral line shaft rotation driving, the linear adjusting block capable of adjusting and moving in the axial direction of the outer shell is installed in the outer shell, the axial compression amount of the spiral line shaft can be adjusted, then the line shape of the spiral line shaft is adjusted, and the amplitude and wavelength of the spiral line shaft are changed; according to the technical scheme, the fluctuation frequency of the fin surface can be controlled by controlling the rotating speed of the motor so as to control the propulsive force, so that the propulsive force of the propeller can be changed, and the flexible fin surface is driven by the traveling wave motion under the projection when the spiral line shaft rotates to generate swinging traveling wave motion and can generate stable propulsive force after acting with water. And the propelling power can be adjusted by changing the amplitude of the spiral curve. The propeller is not easily affected by winding of floated floccules in water; and during working, huge disturbance to surrounding drainage basins is avoided, and development of underwater biological resource exploration work is facilitated.
